During our normal business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, our help desk is available for expert consultation and problem resolution.

Help Desk Support


SCI Help Desk personnel will open a service request ticket and resolve your service and support issue in a timely and efficient fashion.

Emergency service requests that are emailed MUST be followed up with a telephone call to (302) 635-1500 ext 200 to minimize your down time.


Normal Service


Normal Service and Support issues will be handled within a 2 day time interval. Some service requests may be handled remotely; however, at times it will be necessary to dispatch a service technician to your location to resolve the problem. We will make every attempt to respond and resolve your issue within the 2 day time frame.


Emergency Service


Emergency Service requests will receive immediate priority, and will be responded to with our highest level of support and service. We will make every effort to respond and have a resolution plan within 2 hours of receipt of your emergency requests. Major PC failures that have HP Care Packs associated with them will receive the guaranteed 4 hour response from HP.
